What is Wellness Coaching?
Are you suffering from GI discomfort? Do you have low energy and constantly feel tired? There is a myriad of contradictory, one-size-fits-all dietary advice and misleading marketing and food products. It’s confusing and can leave you feeling helpless, unsure where and how to get started. While most diets dwell on counting calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, working with a wellness coach is different.
There is no one size fits all approach and every client treatment plan is unique. Your wellness program is designed to meet your needs. After we identify your personal health goals, I will design a program tailored to you and provide you with information, recipes, skills and resources. We will determine actionable steps so that you can start feeling immediate relief and noticing shifts in your energy levels and sleep quality.
Additionally, we will look beyond food and examine what other factors in your life might be unbalanced and impacting your health. Are you overly stressed at work? Do you have the time or inclination to exercise? It’s easy to focus on eating alone and overlook all of the other things that contribute to our sense of well-being and fulfillment.
